Buying a License

UltiVoice is a paid desktop application. A license grants you the right to use the app on a defined number of machines for the duration of your subscription or perpetual term.

Available plans

Visit the pricing page for current tiers and pricing. Plans differ by:

Number of machines (seats) the license can be active on simultaneously.
Access to advanced features (voice cloning, multi-speaker, batch processing).
Subscription (monthly/annual) vs perpetual (one-time) options.

Pricing is shown in USD (Polar) and VND (SePay / VietQR for Vietnamese customers).

Payment options

Credit / debit card — Polar

International customers pay via Polar (polar.sh), our Merchant of Record. Polar handles the checkout, payment processing, VAT/GST calculation, and issues the receipt.

Accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
VAT is calculated and collected by Polar for EU/UK customers.
Polar’s checkout is hosted at checkout.polar.sh — you will be redirected there from the UltiVoice pricing page.

VietQR bank transfer — SePay

Vietnamese customers can pay via VietQR — scan a QR code in your banking app to transfer directly from any Vietnamese bank account.

No card required.
Payment is confirmed automatically after the bank transfer clears (typically within a few minutes during banking hours).
A VAT invoice is available on request — contact support@ultivoice.com.

What happens after purchase

Polar: Polar sends an order confirmation email. Within a few minutes, a license record is created in your UltiVoice account. Sign in at account.ultivoice.com with the same email used at checkout.
SePay / VietQR: After the transfer clears, a license record is created and you receive a confirmation email. Sign in at account.ultivoice.com with your registered email.

Your Licenses page shows your active license key, plan, expiry (if subscription), and the machines currently activated.
